Satisfied with the work completed
Prior to the tradesman leaving the site, it is the client’s responsibility to look over all work that has been conducted to ensure that it has been fulfilled to their satisfaction. This is in relation to anything that can be visually inspected. If a client is not able to be on site they are proceeding at there own risk and assumed acceptance is in place. For example, a kitchen tap handle was installed facing the side of the sink (as per the photo on the box) and the customer wanted it to face the centre of the sink. We had completed payment next to the kitchen sink however that afternoon she realised it was facing the wrong way and insisted we return to alter the tap handle direction. In an instance such as this it would be treated as additional work and incur further labour charges.
