Will you travel outside of the ACT?
Yes, Water Tight Canberra works all over the surrounds of the ACT. Up to 100 kilometers radius. A small surcharge is applied. Please phone for more information.
Are you a locally owned business?
Yes, we are locally owned and operated and have been servicing the ACT and surrounds since 2010.
Are you insured?
Yes, Water Tight Canberra has 20 million dollars for Public Liability insurance All our permanent employees are protected under Workers Compensation insurance Our vehicles all have full comprehensive insurance All contractors that work for Water Tight Canberra have supplied me with copies of their insurance certificates of currency Please contact us for a copy of our certificates of currency
Are you a member of the Master Plumbers Association?
Yes, we are proud member of the Master Plumbers Association, with our owner Tom Martin the current President of the ACT Association.
How can I pay you?
Most customers prefer to pay via electronic transfer. Bank account details will be located at the bottom of your invoice We also accept Visa and Master Card however a small fee is passed onto the customer to cover our costs Cheque and Cash
Are you available after hours for emergency work?
Yes Water Tight Canberra is available for Emergency work 24hrs a day
