Our company is taking this extremely seriously and we are implementing control measures to ensure we are doing all we can to protect our staff, customers and the public from the spread of COVID 19.
Please ensure you alert our staff when making an appointment or ASAP if you are infected with COVID 19 or if you are self quarantining as a result of COVID 19.
PLEASE NOTE – Alerting us of this does not necessarily mean we will refuse service. We will put in place even further measures to ensure our team is not at risk. In this event, a senior plumber will phone you prior to your work being completed so that we can formulate a plan to minimise risk by talking through the plumbing issue you are having and the access to the area’s we will likely need to see and attend to.
