Water Tight Canberra was surprised and proud to have won the 2018 Icon Water Community Excellence Award at the ACT Master Plumbers Association awards evening.
Lisa Quinn, Manager – Customer and Community Affairs – Icon Water, presented the award to Tom Martin, Director of Water TIght Canberra, and acknowledged Water Tight Canberra for working with several customers from the Canberra Community in an honest and professional manner and for educating the wider community through their website and online presence.
Icon Water manages and maintains both the sewer and potable water supply networks in the ACT. As such, plumbers are frequently needing to collaboratively work with Icon Water to ensure the best interests of the customer are reached.
When plumbers communicate and work directly with Icon Water a lot of time and effort can be saved making the job a lot more efficient for the end customer.
Water Tight Canberra are well known for going above and beyond for their customers. Being recognised for this award is a great honour and one that we are very proud of.
