Our Body Corporate needed to quickly deal with a serious health and safety sewerage issue and prevailed upon the Water Tight team to resolve the situation. As a former facility manager and director of construction management for the Australian Government’s domestic and overseas assets, I spent some 50 years dealing with contractors. Water Tight’s timely response, efficiency, reasonable cost and ability to resolve the matter within the day was as good as it gets. The level of trade knowledge and professional execution of the job was world class, which enables me to recommend the firm, unreservedly.

Ryan attended my unit to change some leaky taps and to fix the pressure of my kitchen sink tap. He was punctual and called beforehand to confirm his attendance. He was able to source extra parts as needed and kept me informed of the changes he was making. A straightforward visit extended by a couple of hours after a leaky pressure valve was located unexpectedly, but Ryan diligently extended my booking and again, kept me informed of each step (including the new quote costs etc).
