There is no one else in Canberra that that understand strata building plumbing maintenance like Water Tight Canberra.
We understand that strata managers are busy people and we understand that exec committees want to be well informed about what is happening to their asset and all of the options that are available.
When Water Tight Canberra takes on the maintenance for a new building, we first of all gather all of the information regarding the plumbing and plumbing infrastructure that we can. We put together a detailed ongoing maintenance plan and after it has been approved by the executive committee we implement it.
By providing preventative strata plumbing maintenance, we extend the life of your plumbing infrastructure, prevent blocked drains, reduce breakdowns and reduce expensive after hours repairs saving our customers money.
All site visits have before and after photos and detailed reports on exactly what was done.
We use advanced software that ensures all of our tradesman are up to speed on every aspect of the building helping us reduce labour costs.
If you’re a strata manager, building manager or executive committee member and you would like to find out more information about how we could work together please phone or email and ask to speak to Tom Martin, the business owner.
