Blocked Drain

Customer Problem: Blocked drain with sewage overflowing in their back yard

Water Tight Solution: On arrival we checked the sewer mains and the boundary riser. We noticed the blockage was downstream of the boundary riser and so we knew this meant that the blockage was on the ACTEW side. I phoned ACTEW and arranged for them to come out within the hour and clear there blocked pipe. I also arranged to send the invoice for my time to ACTEW so that my customer was not out of pocket for a blockage that was no her responsibility.
